Warm Oatmeal Cookie Room Spray

Bath and Body Recipes

Delicious Aroma of Oatmeal Cookies

I love my house to smell good, and I am sure you do too.  I used to use scented wax melts, aerosol spray cans and the like. Oh the horror, I know!  We all live and learn and eventually want to do what is best for your family.  I am trying to get rid of the toxins and have a more chemical free life.  I think you will like this DIY room spray because you will know exactly the ingredients involved in the air freshener.

One of my favorite parts about the holiday season is the mouth watering aroma of delicious food that fills the air. It is hard to not be in an amazing mood when the aroma of baked goods is surrounding you! The deliciousness is like an instant pick me up. Oatmeal cookies are one of our go to treats to make when we are craving a tasty dessert, which is why this Oatmeal Cookie Room Spray is one of our favorites.

To bring the aroma of delicious dessert into your home without entering the kitchen, we love to make this Oatmeal Cookie Room Spray. In order to make this Room Spray for yourself, you will need to add 2 drops of Cinnamon, 3 drops of Cedarwood and 3 drops of Orange essentials oils to a 20 ml. bottle with a spray cap. Once you have added all of your essential oils, fill the rest of the bottle with distilled water. If you don’t have distilled water, regular water will work just fine too. Our 20 ml Boston Round Amber Bottles With Spray Caps work perfectly to make this Room Spray, along with our other Room Spray blends as well. Then once you have everything in your bottle, give it a nice shake and then you’re ready to spread the delicious sweet aroma around your home!

Cinnamon is one of our favorite essential oils and it adds a sweet spice to this Oatmeal Cookie Room Spray. One interesting fact about Cinnamon is that it was once consider to be more valuable than Gold, according to In Egypt, Cinnamon was desired for certain practices such as embalming and even witchcraft.

Cedar wood brings a warm, grounding aroma to this blend. It also promotes feelings of vitality and wellness. On it’s own, it makes a great natural cleaner. We love how many things we can use essential oils for and how much they help us avoid harmful chemicals.

We hope you enjoy this delight, yummy Oatmeal Cookie Room Spray.
