How much is shipping?
We have a flat rate shipping option of only $8.95 to the contiguous United States! Other shipping options may be available to those of you inside and outside of the US. Please read our shipping page for more information about these options. Pay close attention to the shipping options during checkout!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, but only during special promotions. Make sure to subscribe to our email list or follow us on social media so you can stay up to date on our current sales and promotions!
Does the pricing on your site reflect my country's currency?
The pricing on our website is always given in USD. If you are an international customer, you will need to calculate the exchange rate for your country's currency.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It takes 1-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Then shipping transit can take anywhere between 2-10 business days (within the US) depending on the shipping option you choose. International transit time is usually between 6-21 business days.
What if I need my order quickly?
We have priority mail or express mail rush shipping options available. Your shopping cart will automatically calculate your expedited shipping charges in the checkout process. With our priority mail rush shipping option, your ship time will be 2-5 business days (within the US). This does not include processing time. With express mail, you are guaranteed to have your order within 1-3 business days (except during USPS blackout periods)!
International priority mail is quoted by USPS at 6-10 business days and express at 3-5 business days transit time. We are not able to guarantee ship time to international destinations.

We are open from 8am until 4pm MST. We are closed on Federal Holidays, Black Friday, Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve.
Can I pick up my order?
We are currently not allowing pickup orders due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Yes! You may make a note in your order instructions if you would like to pick up your order at our warehouse location in Spanish Fork, UT. Once the order is filled, we will call you and let you know it is ready for pick up. After you have picked your order up from the warehouse, we will refund your shipping fee.
What shipping services do you use?
We utilize the services of the USPS & FedEx to minimize the shipping we require our customers to pay.
Can I order wholesale?
We are a wholesale to the public company. On many of our items we offer bulk pricing for those whom would like to purchase larger quantities. If you would like multiple cases of an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can place special orders to meet your needs if necessary. Please refer to our Wholesale Page for more information. Any wholesale pricing is valid for 30 days from time of estimate.
