Essential Oils Needed:
The recipes for the Winter Wellness Kit include the following oils. If you don't have some of these oils, our "Substituting Essential Oils Resource Card" is a great thing to have on hand.
Cinnamon, Cinnamon, Clove, Cyprus, Eucalyptus, Frankincense, Lavender, Lemon, Melaleuca, Orange, Oregano, Peppermint, and Rosemary.
Other Supplies Needed: Apple Cider, Baking Soda, Beeswax, Cocoa Butter, Coconut Oil, Cornstarch or Arrowroot, Epsom Salt, Grapeseed Oil, Lemon Juice, Peppermint, Pineapple Juice, Shea Butter, Vegetable Glycerin (optional), and Vitamin E Oil (Optional).
