Refund policy

Please get in touch with us if you would like to make a return. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Clearance items are not eligible for return. Return shipping cost is the customer's sole responsibility, and we do not refund the original shipping cost. Larger orders that are returned may have their refund reduced by our actual cost of original shipping. After the 30-day return window, we will add a 30% restocking fee to any return. If a refund is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.  

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving your package. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. You must report the product to us within 30 days if the product is damaged. You will be required to provide proof of damage.
